Cowboys

While Papa and ChaCha were visiting. Jaxon's school had it's annual show. The theme this year was 'How the West Was Fun'. When they heard Jaxon's granddad would be in town and that he has a ranch in Texas, they asked him to speak to the kids about being a cowboy. Therefore, Papa loaded-up with cowboy things from Texas: chaps for Jax, spurs for himself, mesquite branch, barbed wire, hats for him and Jax. I think he was a big hit!

This picture is too cute. It shows that no matter where you go, "you can take the person out of Texas, but you can not take the Texas out of that person"! I should know, since I have left the "promised land" of Granbury, Texas for 20 years now. I at that time went from Terri Schrantz, middle school math teacher, who loved her 7th grade math students to be totally in love with my husband, John Copeland. Hey, Brandi, hope all is well with you. I talked with your mom a few nights ago. She gave me your blogspot. I only have e-mail, so contact me at: mail4terri@bellsouth.net
I would love to hear from you,
Terri Copeland (married 20 yrs and loving it with 2 girls,16&13)

These are two of the finest cowboys I have ever seen! What a very nice thoughtful grandpa. Jax is a lucky guy.
